Job description
Unser Team
Mit dem E.ON Home Energiemanager treiben wir die Energiewende im Eigenheim voran. Gemeinsam mit Installationsbetrieben, Großhändlern und strategischen Partnern bauen wir ein deutschlandweites Partnernetzwerk auf und unterstützen unsere Partner dabei, moderne Energielösungen erfolgreich bei ihren Kunden einzusetzen. Dabei wollen wir neue Wege gehen: KI, Automatisierung und digitale Plattformen sollen unser Partnergeschäft auf das nächste Level heben. Dafür suchen wir keinen klassischen Werkstudenten für operative Aufgaben, sondern einen neugierigen und technologieaffinen Mitgestalter, der unser Geschäft aktiv weiterentwickelt, neue Lösungen aufbaut und innovative Ideen in die Praxis bringt. Du identifizierst neue Chancen, setzt moderne KI- und Automatisierungslösungen ein und hilfst dabei, digitale Angebote wie Partnerportale, Research-Agenten und eine E.ON Partnerakademie aufzubauen. Gleichzeitig erhältst du tiefe Einblicke in Business Development, Vertrieb und die datengetriebene Steuerung eines wachsenden Geschäftsfeldes.

Partnernetzwerk ausbauen und weiterentwickeln
Du gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Installateur-Partnernetzwerks und treibst die Skalierung unseres Partnergeschäfts rund um den E.ON Home Energiemanager voran
Digitale Partnererlebnisse schaffen
Die Entwicklung von innovativen digitale Lösungen für unser Partner-Ökosystem und die Gestaltung von Partnerportale, Wissensplattformen, digitale Partner-Journeys sowie die E.ON Partnerakademie treibst du kontinuierlich weiter
KI und Automatisierung vorantreiben
Du identifizierst innovative KI-Technologien und setzt Research-Agenten, Automatisierungen sowie digitale Workflows gezielt ein, um Prozesse zu optimieren und neue Potenziale für unser Partnergeschäft zu erschließen
Märkte und Trends gestalten
Die Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologietrends ist eine deiner zentralen Aufgaben und daraus leitest du neue Ideen, Geschäftschancen und strategische Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells ab
Partner gewinnen und aktivieren
Du identifizierst potenzielle Installationsbetriebe, Großhändler und weitere Marktpartner und entwickelst Konzepte, um diese erfolgreich für eine Zusammenarbeit mit E.ON zu gewinnen und langfristig zu binden
Daten in Entscheidungen übersetzen
Durch deine Vertriebs-, Partner- und Marktdatenanalysen entwickelst du datengetriebene Lösungen mit Power BI und Power Apps weiter und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab
Zusammenarbeit über Bereiche hinweg gestalten
Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement sowie internen und externen Partnern zusammen und bringst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammen, um gemeinsame Ziele erfolgreich umzusetzen

Fachlicher Hintergrund
Ein laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Energiewirtschaft, Data Science oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bildet die Grundlage für die Mitarbeit an zukunftsorientierten Projekten
