Job description
Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
Kommunikationsmanagement: Übernahme der End-to-End-Verantwortung für einen regelmäßigen internen Newsblog, einschließlich Planung, Strukturierung und Steuerung des Kommunikationszyklus sowie Pflege eines Redaktionsplans für wiederkehrende Veröffentlichungen
Stakeholdermanagement: Proaktive Ansprache von Teammitgliedern zur Sammlung relevanter Inhalte und Updates, Durchführung von Abstimmungen oder Interviews sowie Sicherstellung einer rechtzeitigen und vollständigen Content-Lieferung
Content Creation: Aufbereitung komplexer Group-Reporting-Themen in klar verständliche und strukturierte Inhalte sowie Erstellung von Blogbeiträgen, Updates und Newsletter-Formaten unter Sicherstellung von Qualität, Konsistenz und Verständlichkeit
AI & Content Tools: Nutzung von AI-Tools zur Erstellung, Optimierung und Strukturierung von Inhalten sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung visueller und multimedialer Inhalte und Pflege von Templates und Standards
Kommunikationsentwicklung: Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Kommunikationsformaten, Intranet-Inhalten und Kommunikationskonzepten in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen sowie Einbringung eigener Ideen zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Engagement

Fachliche Qualifikation: Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Fachliches Interesse: Interesse an Finance-, Reporting- und Digitalisierungsthemen; erste Kenntnisse in Accounting, Controlling oder vergleichbaren Bereichen sind von Vorteil
Das zeichnet dich aus: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich, strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke: Sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Freude daran, aktiv auf andere zuzugehen
Technologieaffinität: Interesse oder erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung
Digitalkompetenzen: Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint, Teams und SharePoint
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
