Als Spezialist (m/w/d) Forderungs- und Insolvenzmanagement verantwortest du die Themen im Forderungsmanagement und die Bearbeitung von Insolvenzen insbesondere für B2SME und B2C.
Bereit, Energie zu geben? - Entdecke deine vielfältigen Aufgaben bei uns
- Du übernimmst selbstständig Themen im Forderungsmanagement und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen sowie externen Anspruchsgruppen.
- Du koordinierst in deiner Rolle das Thema Insolvenzen eigenverantwortlich (insbesondere B2SME + B2C).
- Du betreust die Bearbeitung von Regelinsolvenzverfahren und klärst insolvenzrechtliche komplexe Fragestellungen.
- Die telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Verfahrensbeteiligten im Rahmen von Insolvenzen setzt du individuell um.
- Du koordinierst außergerichtliche Einigungsprozesse oder Anfechtungsklagen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Auftraggebern und externen Kanzleien.
- Du erstellst Statistiken und Reports und führst diese zusammen.
- Du begleitest und übernimmst (Teil-) Projekte und bearbeitest Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen betrieblicher Erfordernisse.

- Kenntnisse im Rahmen von Insolvenzanfechtungen sowie zur Korrespondenz mit Insolvenzverwaltern vorwiegend für die Betreuung und Koordination von außergerichtlichen Einigungsprozessen oder Anfechtungsklagen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Auftraggebern und externen Kanzleien
- Individuelle telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Verfahrensbeteiligten im Rahmen von Insolvenzen
Erweiterte branchen- und projektspezifische Kenntnisse im Tätigkeitsbereich rund um die Themen Forderungsmanagement und insbesondere im Rahmen der Insolvenzbearbeitung B2SME und B2C
- Umfassende Kenntnisse über die PC-Standardanwendungen und Sicherheit in MS-Office
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse über prozessorientierte IT-Systeme, SAP, IS-U, Salesforce, Powercloud
- Prozessuales Denkvermögen sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Arbeiten
- Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit
