Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir an einem unserer Standorte zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Referenten (m/w/d) Auftragsmanagement.
Mit deinem analytischen Blick und deinem Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse. Du schaffst Transparenz, unterstützt so fundierte Entscheidungen und trägst dazu bei, unsere Wirtschaftlichkeit nachhaltig zu stärken. Durch dein vertriebliches Geschick unterstützt du zudem bei der konzerninternen Auftragsgenerierung.

- Eigenständige Erstellung, Analyse und Optimierung von Auftragskalkulationen entlang des gesamten Prozesses – vom Angebot bis zur Nachkalkulation.
- Unterstützung im Angebots- und Auftragsmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Implementation Management.
- Proaktive Mitgestaltung vertrieblicher Aktivitäten sowie eigenverantwortliche Unterstützung bei der Auftragsgenerierung innerhalb der Konzerngesellschaften.
- Steuerung der Prozesse auf Monats-, Wochen- und Tagesbasis zur Sicherstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und KPI-Zielerreichung.
- Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Dashboards zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und
- Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungs- und Planungstools, Unterstützung bei Forecasts sowie aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten.
- Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Fachbereiche.
Bringe deine Stärken ein – Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung oder ein Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, vorrangig Excel und anderen gängigen
IT-Systemen. - Erfahrung im Controlling- oder Projektumfeld sowie ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sind wünschenswert.
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
- Eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine sehr genaue Arbeitsweise.
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein Klasse B).
