- Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Erstellung von hochqualitativem Content sowie fortlaufende Content-Optimierung für die eon.de auf Basis von Daten und KPIs
- Redaktionelles Arbeiten entlang aller Phasen der Customer Journey (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) von Erklär-Content bis hin zu Produktinhalten und Kampagnen-Landing Pages
- Eigenständige Konzeption und Gestaltung von Websites in unserem Content-Management-System (Adobe Experience Manager) und Veröffentlichung der Inhalte
- Eigenständige Analyse und Interpretation von quantitativen und qualitativen Daten sowie Ableitung kundenzentrierter Content-Optimierungen
- Datenbasierte und kundenzentrierte Beratung von Stakeholdern zu Content und Website-Konzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Bereichen SEO/GEO, Conversion und UX
- Eigenverantwortliches Management von Projekten
- Steuerung von Agenturen und Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung
- Übernahme der inhaltlichen Verantwortung für die betreuten Seiten sowie Content-Hygiene
Zeig uns deine Energie! Dein Profil ist bei uns gefragt
- Abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Journalismus, Kommunikation oder Medien
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im redaktionellen Arbeiten im Online-Bereich und der Content-Erstellung
- Frischer Schreibstil, Talent für einfaches Beschreiben komplexer Inhalte, stilsicherer Ausdruck in deutscher Sprache auf muttersprachlichen Niveau (C2)
- Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMS-Systemen wie zum Beispiel AEM, TYPO3 oder WordPress
- Planungs- & Konzeptionsstärke sowie analytische Kompetenz
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Lösungsorientiertes Handeln gepaart mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Aktiver und dynamischer Team-Player mit Durchsetzungsstärke, ausgeglichenem Auftreten und Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft, innerhalb Deutschlands zu Team-Events und Workshops zu reisen
