Bereit, Energie zu geben? – Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:
- Qualitätssicherung als Kernelement deiner Arbeit: Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung der Trainingsqualität bei allen Servicepartnern der E.ON Energie Deutschland
- Ableitung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Trainings- und Servicequalität
- Servicepartnerübergreifender Einsatz: Du bist bei allen Servicepartnern der E.ON Energie Deutschland aktiv, begleitest und unterstützt die Trainerteams vor Ort
- Durchführung und Nachbereitung von fachlichen Trainings, Schulungen und Workshops – sowohl für neue Servicepartner (Onboarding) als auch für Multiplikatoren und Overhead-Mitarbeitende
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Schulungsinhalte im Rahmen der internen und externen Qualitätssicherung
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung beim Controlling und Reporting der fachlichen Ausbildungsergebnisse
- Sicherstellung aktueller fachlicher Anforderungen und Standards im Schulungs- und Trainingseinsatz
Zeig uns deine Energie! – Dein Profil überzeugt uns:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Idealerweise eine Trainerausbildung (z. B. IHK) oder Qualifikation als Coach/Kommunikationstrainer
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Programmen sowie Grundkenntnisse in SAP und prozessorientierten IT-Systemen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, Training oder Coaching
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten in Schulungssituationen
- Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 60 %) sowie Führerschein Klasse B bzw. 3
