Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Führung der Abteilung Regionalvertrieb (ca. 10 FTE) im Bereich Vertrieb & Kundenmanagement und entwickelst dein Team sowohl fachlich als auch strategisch weiter
- Du verantwortest die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Wärmeversorgungen sowie die Akquise neuer dezentraler Energielösungen und ermutigst dein Team, innovative Vertriebswege zu beschreiten
- Du trägst die Budgetverantwortung und bringst deine unternehmerische Denkweise in strategische Fragestellungen sowie in die Optimierung unserer Prozesse ein
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team pflegst du proaktiv Kontakte zu Behörden, Kommunen und Geschäftspartnern und betreust strategisch wichtige Kunden
- Du gestaltest unsere strategischen Projekte, insbesondere die Transformation der Wärmenetze, aktiv mit – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Teamleitung, idealerweise in der Energiebranche
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Strategisches und vertriebliches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie starke Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Deutschland-West
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
