Innovation mitgestalten: Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Ideen und der internationalen Skalierung von verifizierten Innovationen
Start-up Kooperation : Du hilfst mit, junge Unternehmen mit passenden Geschäftseinheiten zu verbinden, gemeinsam Innovation für E.ON zu entwickeln und zu skalieren
Intrapreneurship erfahren: Du verhältst dich wie ein Unternehmer/eine Unternehmerin im Unternehmen, denkst wirtschaftlich, bringst deine Sichtweise ein und hilfst uns dabei, unsere Innovationen mit geeigneten Geschäftsmodellen erfolgreich zu machen
Workshops & Analysen begleiten: Du wirkst bei Workshops mit und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation
Trends & Technologien recherchieren: Du analysierst neue Märkte, innovative Geschäftsmodelle und technologische Entwicklungen im In- und Ausland
Einblick in den gesamten Prozess: Du lernst, wie aus einer Idee ein Prototyp, ein MVP und final ein innovatives Produkt wird – und bringst dich aktiv ein
Ein Background, der uns überzeugt
Fortgeschrittenes Studium: Du befindest dich im Bachelor- oder idealerweise bereits im Masterstudium in einem passenden Bereich – z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder Innovationsmanagement mit Fokus auf den Energiesektor
Erste Praxiserfahrung: Du hast bereits in einer studentischen Unternehmensberatung oder als Werkstudentin, Werkstudent, Praktikantin oder Praktikant in einem größeren Unternehmen gearbeitet
Keine Angst vor Komplexität: Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisierst dich auf eine Weise, die es dir ermöglicht auch schwierige Aufgaben außerhalb deiner Komfortzone mit Unterstützung zu lösen.
Interesse an Innovation & Start-ups: Du interessierst dich für innovative Geschäftsmodelle, neue Technologien oder Nachhaltigkeitsthemen im Energiesektor
