Job description

Your role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Support the Product Owner for delivery of network services in E.ON offices, focus Germany WAN/LAN/WiFi ​

  • Support projects and interactions towards and between business and inhouse supplier Westenergie/Westnetz and other E.ON IT Infrastructure teams​

  • Build strong relationships with both the business and supplier​

  • Support the “Own your IT” initiative by working closely together with our internal provider Westnetz for improving technical skills, increasing transparency & knowledge exchange

  • Drive proactively improvements and automation, e.g. for change, incident, asset and problem management​ processes

  • Provide consultancy to relevant stakeholders​

  • Work in an agile organization with aspirations towards DevOps​

  • Acting as single-point-of-contact for all network related IT service management topics​

Your profile - authentic & open-minded

  • Desire to learn and develop own skillset and experience
  • Willingness to make a positive change for the user community and customer focussed attitude
  • Experienced in enterprise grade networks, ideally with regards to WAN/internet connectivity and WiFi
  • Preferrably hold network certification
  • First experiences with ServiceNOW or comparable IT Service Management tools & processes
  • Basic knowledge about Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
  • Business fluent in English
