Job description

Starte voll durch – diese vielfältigen Aufgaben warten auf dich

  • Du entwirfst und konzipierst neue Datenüberwachungen für die miteinander kommunizierenden Systeme wie SAP, Salesforce und Powercloud
  • Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Systemsynchronisation und sorgst für eine reibungslose Integration
  • Du steuerst und koordinierst die täglichen Aufgaben sowie die eingesetzten externen Ressourcen
  • Du entwickelst bestehende und neue KPIs zur Messung und Transparenz der System-Synchronität weiter
  • Du leitest und managst Fehlertickets an die IT und das Problem Management weiter, insbesondere bei wiederkehrenden Fehlerbildern
  • Du berätst die Bereichs- und Abteilungsleitung zu Optimierungen und bereitest Management-Konzepte aus der E.ON Energie Deutschland-Kundensynchronisation auf
  • Du dokumentierst Prozesse und Änderungen in der Datenintegration, um die Compliance-Anforderungen zu erfüllen und eine Nachvollziehbarkeit zu gewährleisten

Bringe deine Stärken ein – Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder über eine Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahrung
  • Ausgezeichnete Prozess- und IT-Erfahrung in der Energieversorgung und fundierte Kenntnisse der Kernprozesse, der unterstützenden Systeme und der fachlichen und technischen Wechselwirkungen
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in SAP ISU und SAP PM7 sowie Mulesoft, PowerCloud, Saleforce, Jira und Confluence
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke mit
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert und bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B oder 3
