Unser Team
Im Deployment-Team Deutschland treibst Du gemeinsam mit uns den Aufbau eines flächendeckenden Netzwerks für Ladeinfrastruktur voran und leistest so einen direkten Beitrag zur Mobilitätswende. Als Teil eines wachsenden E-Mobility-Geschäfts arbeitest Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Projektmanagement und Kundengeschäft. Dabei werden Veränderungen bewusst als Chance genutzt und neue Lösungen aktiv mitgestaltet. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen und externen Partnern entsteht ein Umfeld, in dem Innovation und nachhaltige Energie konsequent vorangetrieben werden.
Dein Spielfeld
Aufbau und Installation von Ladeinfrastruktur unterstützen
Du arbeitest aktiv am Aufbau eines flächendeckenden Netzwerks an Ladestationen mit und begleitest die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Team Deployment Deutschland
Projektmanagement im Tagesgeschäft mitgestalten
In Abstimmung mit Kunden, internen Bereichen sowie externen Partnern und Installationsdienstleistern unterstützt Du die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung laufender Projekte
Eigenständig Aufgaben übernehmen und vorantreiben
Dir werden eigene Aufgabenbereiche übertragen, die Du selbstständig und regelmäßig bearbeitest und zuverlässig weiterentwickelst
Kundengeschäft und Vertriebskanäle unterstützen
Teilaufgaben im Kundengeschäft sowie in bestehenden Vertriebskanälen übernimmst Du und bringst Dich bei deren Bearbeitung aktiv ein
Administrative und koordinative Prozesse steuern
Die Pflege von CRM-Systemen sowie die Dokumentation und Strukturierung von Prozessen liegen in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Studium mit Interesse an Elektromobilität, Service oder Vertrieb
Du bist als Student:in eingeschrieben und interessierst Dich für Themen rund um Elektromobilität sowie kundennahe und vertriebliche Fragestellungen
Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Durch Deine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise bringst Du Dich aktiv ins Team ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Aufgaben
Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Integration
Du arbeitest gerne im Team, findest Dich schnell in bestehende Strukturen ein und trägst aktiv zur Zusammenarbeit bei
Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Mit den gängigen Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, gehst Du sicher und routiniert um
Kommunikation und Sprachkompetenz
Du kommunizierst klar und zuverlässig und verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
