Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
Du hast die Möglichkeit, spannende Ausbildungserfahrungen während deiner Praxiseinsätze in diversen kaufmännischen Abteilungen zu sammeln
Du erwirbst qualifiziertes kaufmännisches Know-how mit dem Schwerpunkt „Assistenz & Sekretariat“ sowie einem weiteren Schwerpunkt des Berufsbildes wie z. B. „Einkauf und Logistik“, „Personalwirtschaft“, „Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Veranstaltungsmanagement“ oder „Kaufmännische Steuerung und Kontrolle“
Du erlernst ebenso während des Blockunterrichtes in der Berufsschule den notwendigen schulischen Background
Du vertiefst dein Wissen in den Theoriephasen an der FOM-Hochschule in Essen
Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in dem deutsch-/englischsprachigen Bachelorstudiengang „International Management“
Deine englische Sprachkompetenz wird auf- und ausgebaut
Du lernst, deine eigenen Stärken und Entwicklungsfelder zu analysieren
Du eignest dir individuelle Lernstrategien an
Dein Abend- und Samstagsstudium umfasst eine Regelstudienzeit von sieben Semestern
Du bist in einem internationalen Umfeld tätig und übernimmst in verschiedenen Bereichen unseres Unternehmens unter anderem Verantwortung für:
Organisation von internen und externen Veranstaltungen
Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Büroabläufe
Vorbereitung von Reisen und Besprechungen
Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens
