Das erwartet dich in der Ausbildung
Die Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen für unsere Kantinen bis hin zu exklusiven Gästeessen
Erstellung von Speiseplänen und Kalkulation der Speisen
Der fachgerechte Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
Ausführliche Warenkunde
Das bringst du mit
Einen erfolgreichen Schulabschluss
Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Mathematik
Eine neugierige Art, welche dich dazu bewegt, immer Neues kennenlernen zu wollen

Tarifliche Ausbildungsvergütung nach DEHOGA NRW
Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 39 Stunden pro Woche, in der Regel von Montags bis Freitags von 6:00 bis 14:30
30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
Die zuständige Berufsschule ist das Berufskolleg Essen Ost, Knaudtstraße 25, 45138 Essen
