Areas of responsibility
Responsibility for a successful implementation, optimization and continuous development of the Digital Sales Plattform (DSP) Lean for the third-party business of the German sales organization in the municipal utility environment
Managing the realization of the MTP-relevant business case benefits
Owner of the advancement of the DSP.lean tech stack
Leading the continuous integration/ deployment in the dev environments
Adaption of the stack to different requirements of third-party customers
Selection and steering of the implementation partner and suppliers
Development and execution of the technical operating model
Strong support of responsible unit in the business
Active part in further acquisition of third-party businesses
Interface to internal service units (customer contact management, O2C)
Your profile
Significant experience in owning and leading large-scaled IT transformation programs
Experience in leading larger IT/ digital division with substantial budget discretion
Longstanding expertise of disciplinary responsibility for teams
Extensive experience of leading cross-regional, cross-functional, large scale projects
Strong ability to communicate, also to non-technical management
E2E IT competence meaning frontend, backend and data management skills required
Strong ability to initiate and drive change
Anticipates situations and needs and find flexible answers to new situations
Good knowledge in the energy sector and for business requirements
Sufficient experience in stakeholder management
Higher academic degree (Master, PhD), preferably in engineering or computer science
Excellent command of German and English
