As Team Lead (f/m/d) you are responsible for the development of strategies, innovation and delivery of intelligent RPA and Power Platform solutions by leading and growing a team of RPA and Power Platform Developers.

What you are responsible for  

• Lead and inspire a team of RPA and Power Platform developers with your vision for transformation and digitalization within the energy industry
• Coach and develop a team capable of responding to changing business needs and priorities, drive continuous improvement in performance and quality according to individual’s level of competence
• Deliver key performance objectives and ensure a high-performance culture along the complete product life cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success
• Contribute hands-on in engagements and develop transformative and innovative automation products with your deep experience in RPA or Power Platform development
• Stay close to the latest trends in RPA, Power Platform and automation technologies in general
• Take ownership of the P&L and ensure utilization of your team
• Contribute towards employer branding by speaking at conferences, writing articles and being active on social media

What you are good at 

• 3+ years of professional experience in a leading role preferable within a software development department
• Extensive knowledge in RPA preferred BluePrism and Microsoft Power Platform development
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
• Clear vision how to unleash the potential of process automation to accelerate business transformation and growth
• Able to inspire others with your attitude and your passion for process automation and green energy
• Act as a thought leader with experience in intercultural communication
• Strong solution-oriented mindset and willingness to innovate
• Significant knowledge of Scrum and DevOps
• Fluent in German and English
