As a Working Student Project Management / PMO - Expert Services (f/m/d) you will be part of our internal Project Management / PMO Practice that is spearheading E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of project management and PMO experts (f/m/d) who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe.

What you are responsible for

• In our internal Project Management / PMO practice, you support in particular the rollout of a Europe-wide E.ON project to introduce and implement comprehensive agile IT processes and structures
• Preparation and moderation of meetings and presentations in terms of content and organization
• Supporting the program and project management in rollout planning and coordination with the working groups and operational energy network companies
• Creating of project documentations with our teams, driving and recording the project progress
• Supporting the planning and coordination as well as the content preparation and implementation of trainings
• Getting to know our most important programs across the E.ON Group, supporting the program teams across the board and actively participating in improving our work methodology

What you are good at

• Enrolled in a study program related to IT, Business Administration or with a similar focus
• Initial experience in project management and familiarity with MS Office products
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment and confidence in dealing with ambiguity
• Basic knowledge of agile project management and BizDevOps framework is helpful, but not a requirement
• You are able to communicate fluently in German and English, both at professional proficiency level and are not afraid to moderate larger groups
