We are looking for a Specialist to the Chief of Staff Commercial Programming (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online.

Your Responsibility

• Coordination of internal meetings such as deep dives, management conferences or leadership team meetings
• Preparation of board meetings and presentations (e.g. for conferences, universities, partnering discussions)
• Coordination of selected external meetings with participation of E.ONs top management together with strategic partners or other stakeholders
• Support of the Customer Solutions area in internal and external communication
• Close contact with investor relations & regions for topics to the capital market
• Communication via the intranet, selected board announcements (e.g. road shows after important announcements)

Your Profil

• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong customer orientation
• You are excellent in time and process management
• You have strong communication skills and assertiveness
• You have the ability to actively manage both internal and external stakeholders on senior level
• You are self-motivated and ready to take on responsibility
• You have a high goal orientation and you are striving for success
• You are fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
