We are looking in Essen/Hanover for a full- or part-time replacement, limited to 18 month, so seize the chance to be part of our Human Resources department within the E.ON Digital Technology GmbH and not only create prospects for E.ON's future but also for your own.

Shape the new energy world:

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle
  • Requirement analysis in close collaboration with HR BP’s and the business
  • Select relevant job markets and selection methods, including active search, manage job posting
  • Screen applications and shortlist relevant candidates
  • Schedule and conduct telephone and personal interviews
  • Update candidates records and follow-up correspondence to candidates, hiring manager and HR Business partner regarding the status
  • Deputize the HR BP in salary/remuneration negotiations and in being the contact person for the works council
  • Organize and conduct assessment centers/audits in close collaboration with the People Development and Talent team
  • Track relevant KPIs in a regularly updated dashboard and deduct measures if necessary
  • Stakeholder management with external service providers, actively steer third party recruitment providers or executive search companies for selected mandates
  • Foster Diversity in Recruiting and all people processes we are taking care off
  • Manage and further expand our relationships with universities, business schools and research institutes
  • Define and implement social media initiatives


Our perfect match:

  • University degree, preferable a Master’s Degree in economics, HR or comparable 
  • First work experience in recruiting/diagnostics
  • Good understanding of recruiting, candidate experience, recruiting KPIs, channel effectiveness, persona targeting, diagnostic skills, trends and tools
  • Strong customer orientation  
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities (e.g. senior hiring managers)
  • Accountable, proactive, energetic, great listening and communication capabilities
  • Fluent German and English language skills
