We are looking for a Global Procurement Expert (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online. 

In your group-wide expert role as "Global Procurement Expert" you will support different categories of E.ON Supply Chain / Procurement in improving growth, cost competitiveness, supply chain resilience and sustainability.

Your tasks:

- You support our category teams in the implementation of E.ON's growth strategy by identifying and establishing new suppliers and further developing existing companies

- You develop approaches to secure and increase market capacities for materials and services and implement them with the category teams

- Together with the category teams, you identify development potentials to strengthen the resilience of our supply chains and develop appropriate mitigation strategies

- You are in close contact with the category teams and jointly develop sourcing and negotiation strategies for material and service categories.

Your profile

- Several years of experience in international strategic sourcing of direct materials and services (ideally in the energy sector)

- Proven experience in supplier management and development

- Experience in international project management and stakeholder management on different hierarchy levels

- Business fluent in German and English, as well as willingness to travel internationally

- Desire to shape things in a new way and to leave well-trodden paths

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a solution-oriented way of working
