Digital Technology (Senior) Rollout Manager - Expert Services (f/m/d)

As a Digital Technology Rollout Manager (f/m/d) you will be working in mission-critical areas and support E.ON's digital transformation programs to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company. 

What you are responsible for 

• Leading and delivering alternating strategic rollout projects across the E.ON group taking end-to-end responsibility for the rollout phase from conception to deployment 

• Developing the rollout strategy that outlines the governance, deployment approach, sequence and timeline for implementations in national and international units 

• Coordinating the rollout and advise clients on all rollout-related topics from requirements specification to data harmonization, migration, testing, cutover and training & change 

• Facilitating stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparent reporting across all stakeholders and moderating discussions between central and local teams 

• Engaging in the development of our Rollout Service offering at Expert Services supporting in build a knowledge repository, support in recruiting activities and opportunity origination 

What you are good at 

• Completed academic degree in Business, IT, or a related field 

• Extensive experience as rollout lead or rollout manager (f/m/d) working in large IT projects (> 1m €) with functional leadership responsibility 

• Profound consulting skills from problem-solving, effective communication and customer orientation to deep organization and planning skills 

• Technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence) 

• Business fluency in German and English is crucial 

• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business
