Responsiblities:

• Ensure knowledge transfer between regions (NL, DE, UK) regarding renewable sector coupling heating & cooling solutions to decarbonise existing buildings
• Deepen expertise of regions with technical, commercial, or market-specific knowledge through moderating
• Enable regional units to be successful in heat transition projects
• Create implementation plans with regional units based on MEP/MEC conditions and required capability build up
• Define go-to-market strategy(s) incl. segmentation, targeting and marketing campaigns per region
• Managing and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams.
• Develop baseline blueprints on commercial terms and technical modules in coorpartion with experts from regions
• Deploy scalable design, delivery, operations guidelines to be adopted by regional units  
• Execute pilot projects and build on momentum to develop pipelines with regional units
  • Develop new solutions for a wide range of challenges in customer projects with colleagues in an interdisciplinary team
  • Use geographic information systems (GIS) and sound analyses to convince customers and local authorities to implement new sustainable heating networks
  • Create discounted cash flow models to derive statements about the profitability of projects.

Qualifications:

• Experienced product- or business development with +5 years track record
  • (Real Estate experience beneficial)
• Technical & commercial education in MBA and/or aengineering
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent networking abilities and cooperation across boarders and build strong internal and external relationships
• Ability and strong motivation to participate from new business opertunities
