meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• You work together with a Technical Product Owner and steer in a tandem the Operational Development Team to build up E.ONs Employee IT Portal as a one stop place with all information, services and support regarding IT topics for the users
• Driving the overall outcome of the product, to ensure it reaches it's objectives within the organisation and will own the vision and roadmap
• Responsibility for the product backlog, deliveries, team goals and the stable operation of the product
• Assess and prioritizing the business requirements based on their value, clarify details with the business and translate them to technical requirements
• Alignment with stakeholders across the organization on technical priorities
• Develop and communicate the product goal
• Stay in close contact with all stakeholders about the development process and the added value of the product

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Successfully completed Masters´s or Bachelor´s degree in Information technology, Project Management or similar, as well as ccomplished certification as Product Owner (f/m/d)
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner (f/m/d) in the described field of activity
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies, product management frameworks and Scrum as well as Kanban 
• Good knowledge of information security, data protection, and enterprise architecture principles and standards 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Good moderation and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
