Your Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial development and internationalization of Batteries in the EIS Solution portfolio - Commercial lead for BESS as an EIS product
  • Business case development EIS perspective + project support
  • Investment framework / Transfer pricing rules
  • Support governance of all EIS opportunities Gate process (BAU)
• Sales support / Asset Register
  • Support key projects E-2-E
  • Manage temporary cross market teams
  • Develop & steer battery pipeline
• Establishing EIS Battery Community
  • First PoC for all regional units
  • Lead Academy practise
• Lead the BTI Germany (Breakthrough Initiative Batteries) workstream for and together with Energy Markets - define roadmap for Germany to supply EEM capacity
• Marketize & financially optimize EIS customer projects
• Define & build processes etc. in EIS – analogue to EEM

Your Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Science, Engineering (or construction experience)
• Proven experience with commercial aspects of BESS and technological development
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Strong commercial drive, best proven by track record
• Interest in managing virtual teams, best proven by track record
• Entrepreneurial attitude, "can-do" mentality and results orientation
• High affinity for topics at the interface between sales, technical delivery, legal, finance and regulation
• Networking abilities (internal and external) and drive to foster cooperation across borders and functions to build strong relationships to all stakeholders
• Self-motivated, confident and focused with the ability to take on responsibility and to drive change
• The role involves some travel, so flexibility and a willingness to travel is a required
