Dual Fuel Meter Technician - Southern Region

Here's what you'll be doing

At E.ON we are leading the energy transition to net zero. Customers are taking their own steps towards net zero by managing their energy use with Smart Meters, which you'll be installing. As the energy transition gathers pace, you'll have training opportunities to installing solutions such Electric Vehicle Charging points, Solar Panels and Air/Ground source heat pumps.

What we need from you

  • Essential Skills

  • Gas Certificate evidencing a valid CMA or CCN authorisation and a valid MET authorisation.
  • Electric Certificate evidencing previous CAT1 or MOCOPA authorisation.
  • Copy of EUSR card, showing the EUSR number and demonstrating smart metering authorisations on the reverse.
  • Proven customer service background.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible approach to working patterns to make sure we are there when our customers’ needs us.
  • A full valid UK/EU driving licence (preferably clean but with a maximum of 6 points).
  • Applicant must reside in: Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, London (North), Essex North, Essex South or Stevenage
