What will you do

• Manage the activities of the development team

• Work together with Product Managers and Architect Engineers to better understand the business requirements

• Set up clear protocols and guidelines for the development process and oversee the implementation

• Responsible for delivering high-quality solutions: coding, technical and functional, testing and so on

• Evaluate technical aspects of the applications and propose action plans based on needs

How do you know you are the right fit

• Education / Training: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar

• Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years experience in software development industry

  • Solid understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and design patterns

  • Experience with microservices architectures and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure being a plus).

  • Advanced programming knowledge (java being an advantage)
