Job description

- Team Collaboration: Support the AI project team in developing, testing, and improving AI-based tools
Goal Definition: Define and document clear goals and milestones for AI tool development and evaluation
Research & Analysis: Conduct literature and market research to identify relevant technologies and methods
Experimentation: Assist in designing and running experiments to validate AI models and workflows
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to analyze results and suggest improvements for future iterations

You also recognize yourself in the following points:
Professional qualifications: Studies in economics, psychology, social sciences or a major with a focus in organizational development, operational excellence, learning, development or coaching
- Professional experience: experience or affinity in digital learning and trainings in online formats
Specific expertise: A nice ad-on would be first experiences with Artificial Intelligence as well as a Know-How on conducting applied research and scientific analysis, experience with Office 365-Produkten (like Teams,Word, PowerPoint, Miro, SharePoint)
What sets you apart: the ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organisation while exhibiting high intercultural sensibility, Good organisational skills, Affinity to work with diverse group of people
- Working method: Willingness and interest to work in an international environment, Interest in developing methods and formats for effective learning
Language skills: Business fluency in English, kowledge of German would be a plus
