Prepare content effectively: You will create presentations and analyses and help prepare content in a way that is understandable for various internal stakeholders
Work based on data: You will support us in analyzing recruiting and employer branding data, which makes our measures measurable and comparable
Create experiences: You will support us in planning and conducting workshops, meetings, and events
A convincing background:
You use your technological skills in a targeted manner to create solutions that offer our customers real added value and promote long-term relationships.
You will also recognize yourself in the following points:
Field of study: Enrolled student in economics, social sciences, communication sciences, or a comparable subject area
Practical experience: Initial practical insights gained in the HR, marketing, or communications environment
Digital know-how: Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, digital tools such as Miro and social media
Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English
Strengths: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a structured, independent way of working
