Job description

  • Support in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Strategy Development: Assist in preparing materials, workshops and documents for the rollout of our DEI strategy, which focuses on creating a fair, inclusive and diverse workplace, and coordinate stakeholder feedback

  • Stakeholder & Project Support: Support project coordination and meeting preparation while collecting and organizing stakeholder inputs

  • DEI Communications Support: Draft and edit short texts for internal and external channels and assist in preparing visuals and communication materials related to diversity, fairness and inclusion

  • Data & Reporting Assistance: Support the collection and basic analysis of DEI-related data, including simple visuals, KPI overviews and dashboards

  • Research & Benchmarking: Conduct light research on trends and best practices in creating fair, diverse and inclusive work environments and summarize insights to support team decision-making

A convincing background

You have a passion for finding creative solutions that offer our customers real value while building strong and trusting relationships.

You also recognize yourself in the following points:

  • Professional Qualifications: You are a registered student in Business Psychology or Work Organisation, Economics, Communication, Social Science or another field related to diversity, fairness or inclusion

  • Professional Experience: You ideally bring first practical experience from internships or working student roles in HR (communications, DEI), project and change management or management consulting

  • Specific Expertise: You work confidently with common Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, and experience with content management systems is a plus

  • What sets you apart: You work independently and in a structured way and you bring strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Language Skills: You have very good English skills in writing and speaking, with German being helpful but not required
