Job description

Your Tasks

  • You support the Accounting Team with focus on valuation of derivatives and market data
  • You will perform valuations of commodity derivatives according to IFRS 13
  • You perform analyses and create evaluations and reports for our derivatives portfolio
  • You support accounting topics in the area of commodity derivatives and stock exchange transactions

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in Energy Economics, Finance, Accounting or related areas
  • You are still at the beginning of your studies and you are looking for a long-term challenge during your studies
  • You have a passionate personality and you demonstrate strong communication skills
  • You have exceptional analytical skills
  • You are highly cooperative and you are a true team player
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have comprehensive experience in the use of MS-Excel
  • You are able to work from our office in Essen
  • You are available to work 20 hours per week
