Werkstudent:in Technischer Support – Remote Control Center (w/m/d)
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
• Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für den gesamten Anlagenpark während deines Dienstes in der technischen Hotline (1st-Level-Support)
• Als technischer Support übernimmst du nach deiner Einarbeitung selbständig die fachliche Bearbeitung und Beantwortung technischer Kundenanfragen
• Technische Überwachung dezentraler Energiezentralen (HVAC, Heizzentralen, BHKW, Industriekälte, Biomasseheizkraftwerke, ORC-Anlagen und Brennstoffzellen)
• Eigenständige Überprüfung und Bewertung von Anlagenparametern durch direkten Zugriff auf die Anlagen
• Analyse und Bewertung technischer Störmeldungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Störungsbehebung
• Koordination interner und externer Dienstleister sowie technische Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Kunden auf Augenhöhe
Dein Profil
• Du bist aktuell im Vollzeitstudium an einer Hochschule in einem technischen Studiengang eingeschrieben, z.B. in Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Energietechnik oder Maschinenbau
• Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Kundenbetreuung und ein hohes technisches Verständnis ergänzen dein Profil (optimalerweise durch eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder passende berufliche Erfahrungen)
• Neben ausgeprägten lösungsorientierten und analytischen Fähigkeiten besitzt du eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Du bringst Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team mit
• Deine Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und verhandlungssicherem fließenden Englisch zeichnet dich aus
