Your mission
Du hältst unserem Recruiting-Team den Rücken frei und unterstützt unsere Recruiter:innen im Daily Business
Du erstellst, veröffentlichst und pflegst unsere Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
Du sichtest eingehende Bewerbungen und unterstützt beim Screening passender Kandidat:innen
Du koordinierst Interviews, hältst den Kontakt zu Kandidat:innen und führst bei Bedarf kurze telefonische Pre-Screenings durch
Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Interviewablauf vor Ort – vom Empfang unserer Kandidat:innen bis zum Follow-up
Du behältst den Überblick über Bewerbungen, Unterlagen und alle organisatorischen To-dos
Your profile
Du bist organisiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick
Du kommunizierst offen, freundlich und gerne mit Menschen
Du arbeitest selbstständig, packst mit an und bist ein echter Teamplayer
Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting oder in der HR Administration sind ein Plus
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Du bist gerne vor Ort in unserem Office in Essen
