Werkstudent (m/w/d) im operativen Prozessmanagement
Job description
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im operativen Prozessmanagement zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Standort Potsdam.
Du unterstützt unser Prozessmanagement bei vorbereitenden, strukturierenden und dokumentierenden Tätigkeiten. So trägst du dazu bei, unsere Zusammenarbeit effizient zu gestalten, die operativen Bereiche zu entlasten und eine nachhaltige sowie qualitativ hochwertige Prozessarbeit sicherzustellen.
Diese Stelle ist vorerst für zwölf Monate zu besetzen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Online-Bewerbung.
Starte durch - diese spannenden Aufgaben warten auf dich
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Strukturierung von Prozessdokumentationen (z. B. in Confluence) sowie bei der Dokumentation von Projekten und Maßnahmen.
- Du wirkst bei der Analyse von Prozessabläufen mit, recherchierst Best Practices und bereitest Informationen, Daten sowie konzeptionelle Inhalte verständlich auf.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, der Vorbereitung von Workshops und der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen.
- Du bereitest Termine vor und nach, erstellst Protokolle, To-do-Listen und Statusübersichten und sorgst für eine strukturierte Nachverfolgung.
- Du pflegst Übersichten, Dashboards und Tracking-Listen und trägst so zu einer transparenten Steuerung unserer Projekte und Prozesse bei.
- Du übernimmst organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen laufender Projekte und unterstützt unser Team im Tagesgeschäft.
Bringe deine Stärken ein
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
- Interesse an Prozessen und Prozessmanagement, eine analytische Denkweise, eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamorientierung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PC-Standardanwendungen, erste Erfahrungen mit Confluence, Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung von KI-Tools (GPT, Claude, etc.).
- Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Organisationsfähigkeit und einem guten Zeitmanagement.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Mind. C1).
