Job description
Deine Aufgaben:
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Bewerbersuche und -auswahl durch Sichtung von Bewerbungsunterlagen und Durchführung von telefonischen Erstgesprächen
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Organisation von Bewerbungsgesprächen
- Verfassen und Schalten von Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen und Jobbörsen
- Unterstützung bei Personalmarketingmaßnahmen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Bewerberdatenbank
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen und -Strategien
Dein Profil:
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in an einer Hochschule oder Universität, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich
- Interesse an personalbezogenen Themen und Recruiting-Prozessen
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein freundliches Auftreten am Telefon und im persönlichen Kontakt
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Du kannst idealerweiser 20 Stunden wöchentlich arbeiten
