Mitwirkung in Projekten: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich HR Technologies, z. B. bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Tools oder Prozessoptimierungen
Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung von Prozessen: Analyse bestehender HR-Prozesse, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und aktive Mitarbeit an der Implementierung innovativer technologischer Lösungen
Kennenlernen des Funktionsbereiches eines HR Produkt-Owners: Einblick in die Rolle eines Product Owners, Verständnis für agile Arbeitsweisen sowie Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen im HR-Umfeld
