Job description
Deine Mission
Du unterstützt unser Team dabei, den stabilen und effizienten Betrieb der Ladeinfrastruktur über verschiedene Standorte hinweg sicherzustellen. Dabei verbindest Du technische Aufgaben an Ladepunkten und Backend-Systemen mit Fehleranalysen, Datenpflege und der Auswertung operativer Betriebsdaten. So wirkst Du an einer hohen Verfügbarkeit, zuverlässigen Qualität und kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Ladeinfrastruktur mit.
Dein Spielfeld
Ladeinfrastruktur im Betrieb unterstützen
Gemeinsam mit unserem Team stellst Du den operativen Betrieb der Ladeinfrastruktur über verschiedene Standorte hinweg sicher
Schnittstellen konfigurieren
Elektrotechnische und kommunikationstechnische Schnittstellen der Ladepunkte konfigurierst und parametrierst Du entsprechend den betrieblichen Anforderungen
Ladesäulen analysieren und entstören
Im technischen Support analysierst Du Fehler an defekten Ladesäulen und unterstützt deren Entstörung
Reparatureinsätze koordinieren
Für notwendige Vor-Ort-Reparaturen beauftragst und koordinierst Du technische Dienstleister
Backend-Daten pflegen
In verschiedenen Backend-Systemen übernimmst Du die systematische Datenpflege und unterstützt die Sicherung einer hohen Datenqualität
Betriebsdaten analysieren
Operative Betriebsdaten wertest Du aus, analysierst relevante Zusammenhänge und leitest daraus handlungsrelevante Erkenntnisse ab
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Laufendes Studium
Du befindest Dich in einem laufenden kaufmännischen, technischen, elektrotechnischen oder vergleichbaren Studium
Technischer Betrieb von Ladeinfrastruktur
Interesse am technischen Betrieb von Ladeinfrastruktur sowie an der Konfiguration und Parametrisierung von Ladepunkten bringst Du mit
Fehleranalyse und technische Systeme
Themen wie technische Fehleranalyse, Entstörung, Backend-Systeme und die Auswertung operativer Betriebsdaten wecken Dein Interesse
So bringst Du Dich ins Spiel
Komplexe Sachverhalte analysieren
Komplexe Sachverhalte erfasst Du schnell, analysierst diese strukturiert und leitest daraus die richtigen Schlüsse ab
Eigenständig arbeiten

Deine technischen Grundlagen
Microsoft Office
Mit Microsoft Office arbeitest Du sicher und verfügst insbesondere über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
Sprachkenntnisse
Deutsch
Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau C1 ermöglichen Dir eine sichere Bearbeitung technischer und operativer Sachverhalte
Englisch
Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B2 sind von Vorteil und unterstützen Dich bei der Arbeit in einem technischen Umfeld
