Werkstudent Strategy & Business Operations (m/w/d)
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Chief of Staff zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in ECONs Unternehmenssteuerung. Dein Aufgabenprofil wird dabei flexibel an deine Studiensituation angepasst und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, mit wachsender Erfahrung mehr Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Unternehmensentwicklung: Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und arbeitest an Lösungen, um ECON noch effizienter zu machen
- Projektarbeit: Du unterstützt interne Initiativen durch Recherche, Analyse und inhaltliche Strukturierung von Entscheidungen
- Kommunikation: Du bereitest Inhalte und Präsentationen für interne Formate auf und bringst komplexe Themen klar und visuell auf den Punkt
- Meetingmanagement: Du unterstützt dabei, dass interne Meetings, Offsites und Reviews professionell vorbereitet, durchgeführt und nachverfolgt werden
- Organisation: Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben, koordinierst Termine und unterstützt bei der internen Abstimmung
Dein Profil
- Du befindest dich aktuell im Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung und verfügst über ein starkes akademisches Profil
- Du hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in Consulting, Projektmanagement oder interner Unternehmenssteuerung gesammelt
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung, bringst eigene Ideen ein und siehst eine steile Lernkurve als persönlichen Antrieb
- Du kommunizierst klar, professionell und mit einem guten Gespür für Wirkung und Tonalität
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, teamorientierten Umfeld wohl
