In unserem Projects & Innovation Team unterstützt du bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produkten und Projekten innerhalb des CSR & Office DT Solutions (CROS) Bereiches. Unser Ziel ist es, einen messbaren Beitrag zum Erfolg zu leisten, indem wir Chancen identifizieren, geeignete Initiativen vorantreiben und deren erfolgreiche Realisierung sicherstellen.
Deine Rolle – sinnhaft & wertvoll
- Unterstützung bei PMO-Tätigkeiten im Projekt- und Produktportfolio von Projects & Innovation
- Erstellung von Projekt-Roadmaps und Pflege projektbezogener Übersichten
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Projektverantwortlichen sowie zielgerichtete Weitergabe relevanter Informationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Werkzeugen im Projektportfolio-Management
- Verwaltung des Projekt-Archivs und Bearbeitung zugehöriger Anfragen
- Aufbereitung von projektbezogenen Dokumenten, Präsentationen und Auswertungen
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen
Dein Profil – authentisch & neugierig
- Eingeschrieben in einem Studium an einer (Fach-)Hochschule oder Universität in einer relevanten Fachrichtung (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften)
- Relevante praktische Erfahrungen, z.B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten
- Affiinität zu Künstlicher Intelligenz sowie erste Erfahrungen in PowerBI
- Vertraut im Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- Dynamischer, zielorientierter und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung
- Souveränes Auftreten und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten – auch in herausfordernden Situationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
