Unser Team
Im Team Operations erwartet dich eine engagierte Gruppe, die mit Leidenschaft und Innovationsgeist die Ladeinfrastruktur von morgen gestaltet. Gemeinsam stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Ladepunkte jederzeit effizient, sicher und rechtskonform betrieben werden. Die operative Steuerung der Stromversorgung und die Koordination aller energiewirtschaftlichen Themen rund um unsere Ladeinfrastruktur gehören zu unseren täglichen Aufgaben. Integrative Zusammenarbeit, Empathie und der Wille, herausragende Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen, prägen unser Miteinander. Bei uns steht die Perspektive unserer Kunden im Mittelpunkt – und jede*r Einzelne trägt mit eigenen Ideen und digitalem Know-how dazu bei, die Zukunft der E-Mobilität aktiv zu gestalten.

Ladenetzwerk betreuen
Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und übernimmst die technische Verwaltung unserer Ladepunkte, um innovative Lösungen voranzutreiben
Daten analysieren und auswerten
Mit deinem analytischen Blick identifizierst du Hardwaredefekte und trägst zur Stabilisierung des Netzwerks bei
Lastmanagement gestalten
In Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenpartnern entwickelst du Konzepte, die unsere Energieversorgung effizienter machen
Berichtswesen verantworten
Du erstellst operative, kaufmännische und technische Berichte und bringst deine Ergebnisse aktiv ins Team ein
Prozesse und Wissen managen
Die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Dokumentation von Abläufen liegt in deiner Hand
Stromrechnungen prüfen
Du übernimmst die eigenständige Kontrolle und Prüfung der Abrechnungen und sorgst für Transparenz
Präsentationen erstellen
Deine aussagekräftigen Präsentationen unterstützen Team und Management bei Entscheidungen
