The Group HR Global Learning & Development and HR Digitization Team's goal is to develop value-add HR solutions to the business in the areas of learning and development as well as HR digitization. As part of our team your tasks will include:
Support the implementation of the Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and maturity roadmap to become a learning organization in close collaboration with the local HR experts, Digital/ IT department as well as an external agency
Support with conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring the various L&D offerings and maturity measures group-wide, e.g. our L&D Culture and Communication Campaigns, Skill Management, Learning Portfolio Management, Business Enablement & Coaching
Take responsibility for L&D Analytics-related activities and tools to drive Skill Management and L&D Portfolio Management e.g. KPI & L&D Dashboards, L&D Data Analytics
Take over working packages to drive HR Innovation and HR Digitization, e.g. organize HR Innovation events, create digital learning material on AI for HR, manage social media content (e.g. creating internal community pages)
Create various enablement material and moderate working meetings proactively to drive a L&D culture change as well as to enable the business in the respective new processes and products
Support the Vice President of Learning and Development & HR Digitization with various stakeholder communication material and preparation of meetings, e.g. works council, HR Leadership Team and the L&D Expert Circle
A convincing background
Studied/majored in Computer Science / Information Technology – Data / People Analytics or Business administration – HR, Digital/ IT or Digital Media, Media / Communication Management
Work experience in similar areas (e.g. through internships or working student jobs)
Digital savvy with experience in people / data analytics tools e.g. Qualtrics, Power BI
Self-sufficient, able to work on own initiative
Team and customer-oriented
Knowledge in Office 365 / Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
