Unser Team
Das interdisziplinäre Team treibt die digitale Transformation des Finanzbereichs voran und verbindet technische Expertise mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Know-how. Im Mittelpunkt stehen moderne Datenmodelle, automatisierte Prozesse und digitale Reportinglösungen, die eine zukunftsorientierte Steuerung ermöglichen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit von Controlling, IT und Data-Spezialisten entsteht ein Umfeld, in dem technologische Weiterentwicklung und analytische Präzision Hand in Hand gehen.
Dein Spielfeld
KPI‑ und Performance‑Reports erstellen
Analysen und Auswertungen führst du eigenständig durch und unterstützt damit fundierte Entscheidungen im Finanzbereich, wobei dein analytisches Denken besonders wirkungsvoll wird
Tools und Prozesse weiterentwickeln
Bestehende Anwendungen dokumentierst du strukturiert und treibst deren Optimierung und Automatisierung aktiv voran, um digitale Lösungen kontinuierlich zu verbessern
Mit Controlling‑Teams zusammenarbeiten
In engem Austausch definierst und priorisierst du technische Anforderungen und begleitest Tests, wobei du deine Fähigkeit einsetzt, fachliche Bedürfnisse klar zu erfassen
Agile Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen mitgestalten
Im agilen Team bringst du dich aktiv in Entwicklungsprozesse ein und unterstützt die technische Realisierung, während du gleichzeitig neue Technologien und Arbeitsweisen erlernst
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Fortgeschrittenes Studium
Du befindest dich im Bachelor oder Master der Wirtschafts‑Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit quantitativer oder technischer Ausrichtung, Mathematik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
Programmierkenntnisse in Python & SQL
Erste Erfahrungen mit Git, GitHub oder GitLab erleichtern dir den Einstieg in Entwicklungs- und Datenprozesse
Erfahrungen im Bereich Data Analytics
Mit ersten Kenntnissen in Datenaufbereitung und ‑visualisierung bringst du eine ideale Basis mit; Power BI‑Know-how ist ein Plus
Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken und Cloud‑Technologien
Ob Azure oder vergleichbare Plattformen: Du kennst die Grundlagen und hast idealerweise bereits mit Datenbanken wie Snowflake gearbeitet
Fit in Office 365 & Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
