Job description
Unser Team
Unser Team betreibt das Data Governance & AI Framework und macht Daten, AI Modelle und Agents für die Organisation effizient nutzbar. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir an einem Data Marketplace nach dem Vorbild von Amazon, auf dem EDG-Mitarbeitende verfügbare Data Products einfach und sicher finden oder teilen. Dadurch erhältst Du Einblicke in ein digitales Umfeld, in dem Data & AI Governance die tägliche Arbeit konkret unterstützt.
Dein Spielfeld
Data & AI Governance weiterentwickeln
Bei der Weiterentwicklung, Dokumentation und Operationalisierung des Data & AI Governance Frameworks bringst Du Dich aktiv ein und erstellst dazu Schulungs- und Enablement-Unterlagen
Meetings und Präsentationen vorbereiten
Meetings und Präsentationen bereitest Du strukturiert vor und nach, damit Inhalte klar aufbereitet und nächste Schritte nachvollziehbar bleiben
Kommunikation und Schulungsinhalte mitgestalten
Für die Kommunikation des Data Governance Frameworks im Unternehmen wirkst Du an Artikeln und Schulungsunterlagen mit
Teilprojekte eigenständig umsetzen
Eigene Teilprojekte und Aufgaben setzt Du verantwortungsvoll um und konzipierst dabei passende Lösungen für konkrete Fragestellungen
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Studium mit Datenbezug
Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Rechtswissenschaften mit Datenfokus oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement hast Du bereits gesammelt und möchtest diese im Umfeld von Data & AI Governance weiter vertiefen
Analytisches und konzeptionelles Arbeiten
Mit ausgeprägtem analytischem Denkvermögen sowie sehr guten kommunikativen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten bereitest Du Themen verständlich und zielgerichtet auf
Interesse an Data & AI Themen
In ein dynamisches Team integrierst Du Dich schnell und bringst Freude an Data & AI Themen mit
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Informationen bereitest Du strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht auf und arbeitest dabei sorgfältig an unterschiedlichen Aufgabenstellungen
Kommunikation und Sprachkenntnisse
Sehr gute Kommunikation fällt Dir leicht, Deine Deutschkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf C1-Niveau und Deine Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
Dein Techstack
Data & AI Governance
Du verstehst grundlegende Konzepte wie Data Ownership, Data Quality, Data Products, verantwortungsvollen KI-Einsatz sowie regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. DSGVO oder EU AI Act) und hast Interesse, diese Themen in der Praxis weiterzuentwickeln. Erste Erfahrungen mit Data Catalog oder Data Marketplace Anwendungen (Atlan, Collibra, Alation, Purview oder ähnlichem) sind von Vorteil
Digitale Arbeitswerkzeuge
Microsoft 365-Anwendungen beherrschst du sicher und erste Erfahrungen mit modernen KI-Werkzeuge wie Microsoft Copilot bringst du mit
Agile Zusammenarbeit und Dokumentation
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Frameworks sowie Dokumentation in Confluence und Jira
