Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
- Inhalte erstellen und verwalten: Du bereitest eigenständig Inhalte für die interne Kommunikation vor – zum Beispiel Intranet-Artikel, audiovisuelle Medien oder Präsentationen. Außerdem analysierst du die Performance deiner Inhalte, um sie stetig zu verbessern. Auch bei der externen Kommunikation, etwa über LinkedIn oder die Website, unterstützt du aktiv
- Komplexe Themen einfach machen: Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachexpert:innen brichst du komplexe Ideen und Konzepte so herunter, dass sie für ein breites Publikum verständlich und spannend werden. Dabei entwickelst du auch überzeugende Success Stories
- Eigene Ideen einbringen: Du hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Impulse zu setzen – zum Beispiel bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer neuen Kommunikations-Roadmap
- Kommunikation koordinieren: Du planst Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und stimmst sie eng mit den relevanten Stakeholdern im E.ON-Konzern ab
- Interne Plattformen pflegen: Du entwickelst unsere Intranetseite weiter und sorgst dafür, dass sie aktuell, informativ und nutzerfreundlich bleibt

Relevantes Studium: Du studierst Kommunikationswissenschaft, Journalismus, Marketing & Design, Medienwissenschaften, Public Relations oder ein vergleichbares Fach
Erste Schreiberfahrung: Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Verfassen kurzer Artikel für Online-Publikationen gesammelt
Leidenschaft für Verständlichkeit: Du brennst dafür, komplexe Ideen und Konzepte in leicht verständliche Artikel zu übersetzen
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest proaktiv und eigenständig und bringst ein gutes Organisationstalent mit
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke und sprachlicher Gewandtheit in Deutsch und Englisch
