Unser Team
Im konzernweiten Transformationsprogramm OneBilling begleiten wir sieben Gesellschaften auf dem Weg zu einer gemeinsamen, smarten Abwicklungsplattform für den Energievertrieb. Unser Change-Team sorgt dafür, dass Veränderungen verständlich vermittelt, erfolgreich umgesetzt und nachhaltig im Arbeitsalltag verankert werden. Dabei arbeitest Du an einer der größten Transformationsinitiativen im Konzern mit und unterstützt Menschen dabei, neue Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen erfolgreich anzunehmen.

Präsentationen, Newsletter sowie Beiträge für Intranet und Teams bereitest Du zielgruppengerecht auf und trägst dazu bei, Veränderungen verständlich und greifbar zu machen
Podcast-Formate mitgestalten
Von der Vorbereitung über den Schnitt bis zur Nachbearbeitung unterstützt Du unser Programmteam bei der Weiterentwicklung des OneBilling-Podcasts und bringst eigene Ideen für moderne Kommunikationsformate ein
Digitale Informationskanäle weiterentwickeln
Im Fokus steht die Pflege und Optimierung der Programmseite im Intranet, damit relevante Informationen transparent und benutzerfreundlich bereitgestellt werden
Veranstaltungen und Change-Formate begleiten
Ob Experience Sessions, Events oder Formate für lokale Einheiten – bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung unterstützt Du das Team und sorgst für eine professionelle Umsetzung
Transformation aktiv unterstützen
Gemeinsam mit dem Team wirkst Du an der Planung und Umsetzung von Change-Maßnahmen sowie Kommunikationskampagnen mit und hilfst dabei, Veränderungen erfolgreich zu begleiten
Materialien für Stakeholder entwickeln
Für Führungskräfte, lokale Change Teams und weitere Zielgruppen entstehen mit Deiner Unterstützung praxisnahe Unterlagen und Kommunikationsmaterialien zur Begleitung der Transformation
Feedbacks und Kennzahlen analysieren
Aus Pulse Checks, Engagement-Formaten sowie Reichweiten- und Nutzungsdaten leitest Du wertvolle Erkenntnisse ab und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Passender Studienhintergrund
Aktuell bist Du in einem Studiengang wie Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Change Management, Organisationsentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung eingeschrieben
Interesse an Veränderung und Digitalisierung
Themen wie Transformation, Unternehmenskommunikation, Change Management oder digitale Arbeitsweisen begeistern Dich und Du möchtest aktiv an deren Umsetzung mitwirken
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
Erste Erfahrungen mit PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint oder vergleichbaren Tools helfen Dir dabei, Inhalte professionell aufzubereiten und Projekte effizient zu unterstützen
Offen für neue Technologien
