Deine Mission
Der Vice President Digital Sales verantwortet den digitalen Vertrieb end-to-end und treibt profitables Wachstum über alle relevanten Online-Kanäle. Die Rolle umfasst die Führung und Weiterentwicklung einer Organisation mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden, die Steuerung der digitalen Akquise über mehrere Teams hinweg sowie die Entwicklung wirkungsvoller Strategien zur Kundenbindung und Steigerung des Kundenwerts. Im Fokus steht die konsequente Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Vertriebs als zentraler Wachstumstreiber des Unternehmens – von datengetriebenen Performance-Kampagnen bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Customer Journey und digitalen Vertriebsplattformen.

Du gibst die Richtung für den digitalen Vertrieb end-to-end vor und sorgst dafür, dass Wachstum, Effizienz und ROI über alle Kanäle hinweg messbar gesteigert werden
Digitale Vertriebskanäle und Partner-Ökosysteme entwickeln
Vergleichsportale, Affiliates, Loyalty-Programme und B2B2C-Partnerschaften richtest Du strategisch aus, verhandelst Wachstumspotenziale und bringst neue Partner erfolgreich an den Start
Performance Marketing & Full-Funnel-Kampagnen orchestrieren
Full-Funnel-Kampagnen führst Du von Awareness bis Conversion zusammen und setzt Performance Marketing so ein, dass Skalierung und Profitabilität Hand in Hand gehen
Customer Growth & Retention vorantreiben
In Deiner Verantwortung liegt es, Cross- & Up-Selling sowie Retention konsequent auszubauen und datenbasierte Insights in spürbare Verbesserungen von Customer Experience und Kundenwert zu übersetzen
Website als zentrale Sales-Plattform entwickeln

Daten, Technologie & AI strategisch einsetzen
Tracking, Attribution und MarTech-Strukturen entwickelst Du kontinuierlich weiter und stellst sicher, dass datenbasierte Entscheidungen entlang des gesamten Funnels möglich sind
Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für neue Technologien – insbesondere im Bereich AI, GenAI und automatisierter Entscheidungsmodelle – ermöglicht es Dir, Innovationen frühzeitig zu bewerten, strategisch einzuordnen und gezielt in skalierbare Vertriebs- und Marketingprozesse zu überführen

Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Akademisches Fundament im relevanten Umfeld
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Digitalisierung, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Langjährige Führungserfahrung im digitalen Vertrieb
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Vertrieb, E-Commerce, Growth oder Performance Marketing sowie mindestens 5–8 Jahre Führungserfahrung ermöglichen es Dir, komplexe Organisationen sicher zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln
Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung aus der Energiebranche mit, alternativ aus vergleichbaren, digital geprägten und wettbewerbsintensiven Branchen wie E-Commerce, Telekommunikation, Mobility, Insurance, Financial Services oder Plattform- und Subscription-Geschäftsmodellen
Erfolge in der Skalierung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle
Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge in der Skalierung von Online-Sales, der Optimierung von Conversion Funnels und im Aufbau datengetriebener Vertriebsorganisationen erzielt
Exzellenz in Performance Marketing & MarTech
Performance Marketing, Web Analytics, Attribution sowie moderne Marketing-Technologien wie CDP oder Marketing Automation setzt Du sicher ein, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen auf höchstem Niveau zu treffen
Starke Kompetenz in Partner- und Plattformmodellen
Digitale Ökosysteme, Plattformstrategien und Partnersteuerung gehören zu Deinem Erfahrungsschatz, sodass Du nachhaltige Kooperationen erfolgreich entwickelst und steuerst
