Job description

Eine spannende Aufgabe, die genau dein Talent benötigt:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Durchführung von effektiven und zielgruppengerechten Mitarbeitertrainings sowie Coachings zum Thema Sales, Kundenumgang und Kommunikation für den direkten Kundenkontakt im Door-to-Door Geschäft

  • Eigenständig entwickelst und erstellst du Trainingskonzepte, -methoden, Leitfäden sowie Unterlagen mit

  • Du definierst, erstellst und implementierst neuen Trainingsstandards und achtest darauf, dass die Schulungen und Trainings den aktuellen vertrieblichen Anforderungen entsprechen

  • Eigenverantwortlich bereitest du Coachings und Trainings nach und überprüfst laufend die Bedarfe für weitere Schulungen

  • Du übernimmst die persönliche Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden im Door-to-Door Geschäft, um deren individuelle Fähigkeiten und Vertriebskompetenzen gezielt zu fördern

  • Du konzipierst und moderierst Vertriebsworkshops

Dein Background spricht für sich:

  • Nachweisliche Vertriebserfahrung im Door to Door Geschäft, wünschenswerter Weise im Bereich Telekommunikation oder Energie
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Training, Schulung und Coaching von Vertriebsmitarbeitenden
  • Kenntnisse von Methoden zur Visualisierung von Prozessen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B bzw. 3
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit hohem Koordinations- und Organisationsvermögen

  • Soziale Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
