Your role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Lead the expansion, enhancement and maintenance of our IT Walk-In Centers, ensuring they provide exceptional and user-friendly solutions for the E.ON Group

  • Functional leadership, guiding and inspiring both internal and external technicians to create a welcoming and high-quality user experience at each IT Walk-In Center

  • Strategically plan the launch of new Walk-In Center locations, working closely with our business units to understand and meet local user specifics, facility requirements, streamline ordering, and manage back charging processes

  • Collaborate with business product owners, stakeholders, and process leads to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations across all Walk-In Centers, with a focus on user satisfaction and user experience

  • Monitor, manage, and adapt the budget, ensuring thoughtful cost planning and allocation to maximize value and impact

  • Innovate and develop creative solutions for new requirements in tandem with business and internal stakeholders, always considering the use of state-of-the-art technology

  • Drive digitization initiatives with a user-centric approach, enhancing processes and boosting adoption among end users

Your profile - authentic & open-minded

  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification combined with professional experience in project management and relevant roles

  • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a passion for creativity and innovation

  • Good understanding of modern digital technology and how it can be leveraged to improve process efficiency and UX

  • Strong communication skills in working with team members and stakeholders

  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams, joining diverse perspectives and ideas

  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel regularly (approx. once per week), including international trips within Europe
