Hier kümmern wir uns um die Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Softwarelösungen. Du wirst Teil unseres Entwickler:innenteams und lernst die neuesten Technologien und Methoden der Softwareentwicklung kennen. Von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Programmierung bis hin zur Qualitätssicherung wirst du in alle Phasen des Softwareentwicklungszyklus eingebunden. Dabei arbeitest du in agilen Teams und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen zu entwickeln.
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung, einen Fachhochschulabschluss oder einen erfolgreichen Masterabschluss in einem IT(-nahen) -Studiengang oder bringst als Bachelorabsolvent:in relevante praktische Erfahrung (min. 2 Jahre) im IT-Umfeld mit
Entwicklung: Du bist motiviert, neugierig und verfügst über die notwendige IT-Affinität und Bereitschaft, um dich mit neuer Software und Tools auseinanderzusetzen
Programmiersprachen: Praktische Erfahrungen und erweiterte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der gängigen Programmiersprachen (z.B. Python, Java, SQL für Datenanalysen, etc.) und Entwicklungsmethoden bringst du mit
Kommunikation: Gute Sprachkenntnisse (B2) in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
Zusammenarbeit: Du bist ein Teamplayerund zeichnest dich, neben deiner analytischen Stärke durch Flexibilität, Lösungskompetenz und Lernbegeisterung aus, wenn es darum geht sich tief in Themen einzuarbeiten

Gestalte Dein individuelles 18-monatiges Programm mit bis zu 5 Stationen à jeweils 4-6 Monate innerhalb des IT, Digital und Analytics Bereichs und einer Schnittstellenfunktion
Als Trainee übernimmst du proaktiv (Teil-)Projekte und entwickelst intelligente IT-, Digital- und Analytics-Lösungen für unsere Kunden
Du setzt Dich aktiv mit digitalen Trends auseinander, optimierst Prozesse und bringst wertvolle Impulse in internationale und cross-funktionale Teams ein
Du bekommst einen weitreichenden Überblick über diverse Digitalabteilungen und spezifische Schulungen für die Energiewirtschaft
Ein:e persönliche:r Mentor:in und die Programmleitung unterstützen dich ganz individuell in deiner persönlichen Entwicklung neben Netzwerkevents, Trainings, (Peer-) Coaching
