Dein Programm im Überblick
Du erhälst Einblicke in unseren digitalen Vertrieb, ins Kundenkontaktmanagement und in die IT Schnittstellen. Gestalte dein individuelles 18-monatiges Programm mit bis zu 5 Stationen à jeweils 4-6 Monate
Als Trainee übernimmst du proaktiv (Teil-)Projekte und entwickelst intelligente digitale Sales- und Service-Lösungen für unsere Kunden
Ein:e persönliche:r Mentor:in und die Programmleitung unterstützen dich ganz individuell in deiner persönlichen Entwicklung neben Netzwerkevents, Trainings, (Peer-) Coaching und einem Working Out Loud Zirkel
Mit deinem individuellen Budget entscheidest du selbst, welche Summits oder Messen dich auf das nächste Level der neuesten Trends und Innovationen bringen

Bist du unser Playmaker?
Studium: du verfügst über einen erfolgreichen Masterabschluss in einem Studiengang mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder analytischem Schwerpunkt (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen, …) oder bringst als Bachelorabsolvent:in relevante praktische Erfahrung im energiewirtschaftlichen oder vertriebsnahen Umfeld (min. 2 Jahre) mit
Erfahrungen: du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen und Grundlagenkenntnisse im Prozess- oder Projektmanagement gesammelt
Zusammenarbeit: du bist ein Teamplayer und zeichnest dich neben deiner analytischen Stärke durch Flexibilität, Organisationsgeschick, Lösungskompetenz und Lernbegeisterung aus
Arbeitsweise: du arbeitest gerne in agilen Teams und hast gleichzeitig Ausdauer unsere Zukunft zu gestalten, um langfristig die Energiewende voranzutreiben
Kund:innenfokus: du hast immer den Menschen im Blick und stellst die Kund:innen in den Fokus deiner Arbeit
Entwicklung: du bist motiviert, neugierig und verfügst über die Bereitschaft, um dich mit Prozessen, neuer Software und energiewirtschaftlichen Themen und Trends auseinanderzusetzen
Kommunikation: gute Sprachkenntnisse (B2) in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
