Job description
Deine Mission
Der Technical Lead – Business & Solution Architecture verantwortet die technische Ausrichtung und Qualität eines oder mehrerer Produkte und Services. Die Rolle verbindet Solution Design, Delivery Ownership und fachliche Führung und stellt sicher, dass tragfähige Architekturen entstehen und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden. In enger Abstimmung mit Business, Product und IT werden Anforderungen strukturiert, priorisiert und in konkrete technische Lösungen überführt. Dabei entsteht eine zentrale Verbindung zwischen fachlicher Zielsetzung und technologischer Umsetzung mit klarer End-to-End Perspektive.

Führung übernehmen & Entwicklung ermöglichen
Die fachliche Führung von Entwickler*innen liegt im Fokus – durch gezieltes Coaching und Mentoring werden Kompetenzen aufgebaut und eine leistungsfähige, verlässliche Zusammenarbeit sichergestellt
Technische Qualität sichern
Code Reviews werden konsequent eingesetzt, um saubere Architekturen, Best Practices sowie hohe Standards in Bezug auf Performance, Wartbarkeit und Sicherheit zu verankern
End-to-End Delivery verantworten
Die technische Umsetzung wird ganzheitlich gesteuert – von Scope über Qualität bis hin zu Terminen und Risiken, inklusive frühzeitiger Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
Architekturen gestalten & Entscheidungen treffen
Zielarchitekturen und Schnittstellen werden entwickelt und Lösungsoptionen strukturiert bewertet, wobei Machbarkeit, Aufwand, Risiken und Betriebskosten berücksichtigt werden
Backlog strukturieren & Anforderungen schärfen
Refinements werden moderiert, Epics in umsetzbare User Stories überführt und durch klare Akzeptanzkriterien eine stabile Grundlage für die Umsetzung geschaffen
Roadmap steuern & Transparenz herstellen
Abhängigkeiten werden sichtbar gemacht, Aufwände realistisch eingeschätzt und bei Risiken oder Verzögerungen gezielt gesteuert
Business in Technologie übersetzen
Fachliche Anforderungen werden analysiert, verständlich aufbereitet und in tragfähige technische Konzepte überführt, sodass nachhaltige und umsetzbare Lösungen entstehen

Fundierte Ausbildung im relevanten Umfeld
Ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ermöglicht es, komplexe technische und fachliche Zusammenhänge strukturiert zu erfassen und zielgerichtet umzusetzen
Erfahrung in technischer Führung & Delivery
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 5–8 Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Rolle – etwa als Technical Lead, Solution Architect oder Senior Developer mit Architekturverantwortung – bildet die Grundlage, um in einem Konzernumfeld sicher zu agieren; Kenntnisse der Energiebranche sind ein Plus
Brücke zwischen Business und IT – dein zentraler Wirkungshebel
Im Zentrum steht die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen aus dem Business tiefgehend zu verstehen, kritisch zu hinterfragen und strukturiert in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
Anforderungen werden nicht nur aufgenommen, sondern aktiv eingeordnet, bewertet und weiterentwickelt – durch klares Feedback zu Machbarkeit, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten entsteht ein belastbares Fundament für tragfähige End-to-End Lösungen
Technologische Exzellenz in modernen Architekturen
Produktionsreife Services werden sicher mit Python entwickelt und durch fundierte Kenntnisse in Systemdesign, API-Design (REST/GraphQL) sowie verteilten Architekturen wie Event- oder Batch-Processing ergänzt. Souveräne SQL-Kenntnisse sowie ein Verständnis von Orchestrierung mit Airflow erweitern das technische Profil
Qualität, Sicherheit & Skalierbarkeit im Fokus
Code Reviews werden gezielt genutzt, um Standards in Architektur, Performance und Security zu sichern
Ergänzend werden CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI), Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes) sowie Monitoring und Observability und Security-Prinzipien eingesetzt
Agile Arbeitsweise & technologische Weiterentwicklung
Agile Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban werden durch strukturierte Dokumentation sowie klare Qualitätsdefinitionen ergänzt
Neue Technologien – insbesondere im Bereich KI – werden aktiv bewertet und integriert
Kommunikation & internationale Zusammenarbeit
Komplexe Inhalte werden klar vermittelt und eine Zusammenarbeit über Stakeholder hinweg sichergestellt
Deutsch C1 sowie Englisch mindestens B2 werden sicher eingesetzt
