Staffing & Resource Planning Manager (m/w/d)
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Pflege und Administration aller relevanten Staffing-Daten und stellst dabei eine hohe Datenqualität sicher
- Im operativen Staffing entwickelst du szenariobasierte Planungen und sorgst für eine Balance zwischen Projektanforderungen, Verfügbarkeiten und Entwicklung der Consultants
- Du erstellst fundierte Analysen und Reports und lieferst damit die Grundlage für faktenbasierte Entscheidungen im Ressourcenmanagement
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Consultants und das Management Team bündelst du die staffingrelevante Kommunikation über alle Formate hinweg und verantwortest die Moderation des Staffing Meetings
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team treibst du die Auswahl, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines neuen Staffing-Tools sowie der zugehörigen Prozesse voran
Dein Profil
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalwesen (HR) oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich bildet die Grundlage deines Profils
- Du verfügst über relevante Berufserfahrung im Staffing, Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Operations oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise im Consulting-Umfeld
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Deine ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir Daten sicher zu interpretieren und in klare, umsetzbare Empfehlungen zu übersetzen
- Mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägtem Stakeholder-Management trittst du souverän gegenüber Consultants und dem Management Team auf
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise rundet dein Profil ab

How to apply for our vacancies?
At E.ON Inhouse Consulting, we are continuously seeking new talent who are eager to advance their careers and make a real impact with us. Our Recruiting Day, which includes 2-3 case study interviews, offers an excellent opportunity to explore our job vacancies and career opportunities. These interviews can be held on-site or virtually, depending on your availability and preference.

What does an Recruiting Day look like?
An Recruiting Day with us offers an in-depth look into your future career with us. The day consists of 2 to 3 interview rounds. We begin with a company presentation, followed by two case-based interviews with our senior management team. The day offers you the chance to get to know our team and find out more about your individual career opportunities. After the interviews, we are pleased to invite you to an informal lunch with our consultants who are not involved in the recruiting process. In the meantime, our interviewers will compile the results from the first round. If the morning was a success, we will invite you to a final interview. In this interview, two additional interviewers will take the time to reaffirm the positive impression from the first round and address any concerns, paving the way for the final decision. By the end of the day, we provide personal feedback, and successful candidates will receive a contract offer to join our team and start their career with us.

What to expect in the interviews?
Each interview provides a thorough evaluation of your career potential and fit for our job vacancies. The interview consists of three parts:
We will discuss your expertise, personal background, and what motivates you as a person. This helps us understand your career journey and qualifications for the role.
You will tackle a strategic case study to showcase your problem-solving skills.
Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to ask us any questions about your potential future role, our career development opportunities, and what it's like working with us.
